My Birthday Girl

My little Alicia turned 7 yrs old today! It feels as if it were yesterday that she was born... I remember the day before I went into labor I had a feeling she was going to be born on the 21st. I don't know if I just knew it was my time or just hoping to meet her. Labor was long, but not as painful as I thought it be. Compared to Daisy's giving birth to Alicia was a piece of cake lol.

I love Alicia soooo SOOOO MUCH! I am so happy she is in my life! She is such a wonderful girl, so bright and just delightful. She has always been such a joy.

She is so patient even as a baby she was so patient, and so kind natured.

I always wondered how I got so lucky to be blessed with such a wonderful baby girl.

Beach Day

Today was Daisy's first time at the beach! For many months I have been wanting to take her, but we have been so busy these months. When she first saw the ocean her eyes lit up with excitement and curiosity. Then when we finally got to the sand and the lower part were the water reached she wanted to sit and play. We stayed for about an hour then we decided to go, but she didn’t want to go. She whined a bit then finally we got to the car and she fell right to sleep.

I loved seeing Daisy's face light up when she saw the ocean; I will always remember this day....



Birthday Valentine

We got to Valentine MAN in the house!!! Today is my hunny bun birthday! The big 32...

So sad he had to work on his birthday so he didn't really get to enjoy his birthday...

Also having to give to me on his birthday is always a special treat for me but not sure for him.

I would never know what it’s like to have my birthday on Valentine’s Day but we did sing Javier Happy Birthday and ate cake.

Toothless

For a while now Alicia has been telling me she has a loose tooth. She tried everything she could think of to try to get the tooth out.

1. She ate apples "but could not bear the pain LOL"

2. Forgot it was there when she chewed gum "needless to say she gave up gum till today"

3. wiggled it to death!

And...

On our way to the supermarket tonight Pop the tooth came right out in her hand!

And oh boy was that tooth SO TINY!!!

She was SUPER HAPPY! It was so cute seeing her skip all around the store with excitement.

When we got home she took her tooth got the cutest little box to put it in, and put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy to come and take it away and give her a reward for how well she took care of the tooth.

I can't WAIT to see her face in the morning when she sees her reward.

Though she did mention that she will be kind of embarrassed tomorrow at school because she is missing a tooth. Also class pictures are this week!

Anyhow my toothless child is SO happy she lost her first tooth!



Yesterday

It was our 4 year Anniversary yesterday..... Time flies when you’re having fun I guess because ,It hardly feels like 4 years....We didn't really do anything special like go out of town ,or get a babysitter. This month has just been crazy so much is happening and going on, not to mention Javier and I are just so tired. We’re not getting much sleep these days and its starting to catch up to us .So we went out  for dinner at MY favorite restaurant Bonefish Grill then came home to relax on the coach to enjoy a rented  movie .  So nothing crazy but, it was still a special day as it will always be & it will never matter what we do on our day, as long as we can spend it together.  I love him as he loves me. We really are a perfect match.  Couldn't imagine life without each other CAUSE

We met at a church gathering way back in the DAY; I was 21 going on 22 years old! My first thought of him was that he was attractive and I just loved his smile! For him it was love at first sight, thinking I was way out of his league, but that didn't stop him. We soon became friends he asked me for my number and he called, and called, and called me all the time, he loved to talk on the phone with me! I will admit however that I didn't like him in that way at first, and him calling me all the time annoyed me .I knew he liked me, but I seemed to have liked guys who didn't like me the way a real man should like a woman, and the guys who did like me I didn't give the time of day, but I guess there was something about Javier because I soon found myself excited to talk to him and see him, couldn't wait to talk to him! We flirted with each other every chance we got! It became a game, both of us UN willing to admit we liked each other… So finally when I was available to date him we went on our first date! He took me out to dinner and a movie. I remember that night like it happened yesterday, because at dinner he happen to lose our movie tickets so he had to go purchase 2 more again….I felt bad that he had to do that but at the same time I was kind of laughing quietly. After that date I knew this was the person I was going to spend the rest of my life with. So it was a year of us dating on and off and then finally he popped the question in November of 06, and we were married on January 22, 2007! I love him dearly, AND we are enjoying our journey in life together learning and growing. HAPPY 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY BABE I LOVE YOU!

Birthday Pup

Today is our Puppy's 4th birthday today.

Milla our puppy was born on January 14, 2007

I must say I have a love and hate kind of relationship with this pup.

I never had a dog before so I never expected the following things from a dog "puppy"

• Going potty all over the place " had to train her to potty outside or on newspaper"

• To not chew on house stuff or our shoes

• Smelling so nasty

• Smelly breath

• Shedding

• Expensive

• The list goes on....

Ok so the reason why I feel like should not complain too much is because she is an innocent creature that god put on this planet for US humans to enjoy...BUT My wonderful LOL HUSBAND makes it hard at times to not be mad at the poor innocent creature....

Sometimes I find myself alone cleaning Milla's mess, But as of lately sweet HUBBY of mine has stepped up and created cleanliness for the Birthday PUP...

Anyhow, did I mention that Alicia is in love with Milla! Everytime I get mad or frustrated with Milla and say I want to get rid of her, Alicia gets sooo upset with me...So i guess I can admit that is why the mischief creature is around.
