Paint A 'licious

Daisy has taken an interest in Art, she absolutely adores painting pictures! Thank goodness dollar tree has paint and brushes, because we are constantly running out and having to buy more. I am considering in making an little art center in out living room for her and our two daughter, I think it would be really inspiring. 

Future Artist!

11 months!

Look who is 11 months old today! Jasleen knows how to walk along the couches and anything she can balance against. She loves to laugh and play, she out grew her baby car seat. I makes me sad that my littlest baby girl is growing up so fast and soon won't be a baby. Jasleen already wears 12 month old clothes, still loves her milk, peas and any veggies.

Now the count down begins till her first birthday!

30 days to go...till we have a 1 year old!

Sunshine Cleaning Team

They call themselves the Sunshine Cleaning Team, they are mini-helpers that assist with cleanly perfectionist like me...and no they are not for hire, they are both MINE lol. While my husband was out I decided it would be a nice surprise to have him to come home to a really clean house. Being that my daughters are getting older I figured it would be a great idea to put them to house work duties. Alicia made up the name of her and Daisy's team " The Sunshine Cleaning Team", I though this was going to be disastrous having them help me clean, but in fact it was a great idea! They did such a great job with halping me dust off the book shelves, and reorganizing it, Alicia helped with sweeping the kitchen and Daisy helped with sorting the toys. We accomplished so much today, now our living room looks amazing! Thanks to MY new Sunshine Cleaning Team!

Back to School

My 3rd grader!

Today was back to school day, and it was a super busy morning. Alicia came home with a big smile on her face, because she has been wanting to go back to school so badly. She told me she has two girls in her class from her class last year. She is also excited to start band, chorus and start her new position as vice president of the Kiwanis club. She is also happy to have her classroom on the second floor, she says it makes her feel like a big kid.  We all look forward to a great year!

Road Trip

This past weekend my husband wanted to take me on a mini getaway after my quarter finished for school, he wanted to award me since I got all A's this past quarter! I put a lot of hard work into my classes, and really was appreciative to the getaway surprise! I was so happy to see my mom, brother and finally meet my husbands cousins wife and their son, also my daughter enjoyed playing with Angie whom is my husbands cousin too. I love this mini-getaway so much! I love my hubby for making the trip a fun experience!

Cousin Visit

I have been meaning to blog on this and other events for a while now but I have been so busy with school I just haven't had the time. So, now I am just doing this...A few weeks ago my sister and I thought it would be a good idea if Alicia would spend the weekend there to play with her cousin whom she has not seen in over a year. Sad, but true ( Over a year). According to my sister and my daughter Alicia, the kids were so happy to reunite, my sister took them to the pool with our older brother and his son, and they all attended a birthday party of my sister's friends child. Alicia came back so happy, and I was more happy that she was able to spend time and create some memories with her cousins, which I am for sure going to make this more a priority.

Best cousins in the world...

10 months old

Yesterday my little Jasleen turned 10 months old! She is the sunshine of the house, "whenever someone in our home is having a bad day, Jasleen is always there to brighten their day"... She is always full of smiles and laughter. Jasleen eats well; she loves diced peaches, peas, and cut up chicken. She loves to play in the tub and be in water period. She likes the cartoons, Little Bill, Peppa Pig, Fresh Beat Band, and Diego. She is very active now, she doesn't fully crawl but she Army Crawls and she mastered the use of her walker, and just learned to stand up holding on to something like the couch or her crib. She drinks 6-7 ounces of milk, and has her preferred bedtime schedule but still is an early riser. Jasleen has many teeth now, and if one of her sisters is not careful she will bite.

I can't believe how time has gone by so quickly! In just two months Jasleen will be turning 1!  I love her so much and I am so blessed to been able to have her and my two other daughters in my life. Most women would only dream to have what I have which are "children", Three beautiful little girls!

I indeed am grateful...
