Today was Alicia's first day of Second grade! She was super excited to go to school today. On Saturday we went to meet her teacher, I tried to keep it surprise about her having the same teacher this year but she already knew. She likes that she has the same teacher this year, and I sure do too. It just makes it easier because the teacher is familiar with Alicia and knows her strengths and weaknesses. This year her teacher will be prepping her for the gifted program test. The teacher still remembers how good Alicia is at Math and Reading. Alicia knows 3rd grade Math and reads at a 3rd grade level. The teacher is excited to work with her this year. I hope Alicia has a wonderful year! I am so happy for her!
