Filling Filled...

Today Daisy got her teeth cleaned and her cavities filled without any anesthesia! No laughing gas nothing, just some medicine that made her a little sleepy and a shot in her gums to numb it in which she didn't even cry when that happen. I am so please with the progress she has made with this Dentist, I walked out in happy tears! Now Daisy made full progress to be able to get all her cavities filled with no problems! I am a proud momma!!!

Feeling like a star

Model Status

 This past Tuesday Alicia went for a model interview for the Miami Fashion Board and succeeded! She was number two out of 20 girls to be selected to model at their fashion shows and more. I was so shocked and happy for her, she loved being up on the stage, she was a natural! I am so happy and proud of her! The next step is her photo shoot which she is excited about and then a back to school fashion show!

Lauderdale by the Sea

Last night we thought it would be nice to take Daisy and Jasleen to the pier for their very first time. Going at night was a bit scary but adventurous at the same time. Unfortunately, the girls were a bit unaware of what was really going on because it was so dark. Next time we plan to take them during the day so they can see the ocean. We got to see a guy reel in an eal, everyone thought it was a snake so it was super funny to see people be afraid but eventually the guy threw it back in the water. Other than that it was a nice experience...

Daisy's Barbie Dream House Experience

On Friday I got a chance to take Alicia to visit the new Barbie Dream House at the Sawgrass Mall. It's a super sized real life sized Barbie dream house which was such an amazing experience to see. Daisy was so overwhelmed with excitement that she didn't know what to touch and interact with first. Daisy got to see Barbie's kitchen, living room/Library, Patio, Bedroom, Bathroom, Closet, private jet and craft room. She loved every moment that she had in the dream house and I am happy that she got to experience this.

4th of July 2013

Happy 4th of July everyone! We hope everyone celebrated safely and had a lot of fun! Our family celebrated the holiday at the BB&T center where they have lots of fun family activities to do such as bounce houses for the kids, face painting, food vendors, a concert performed live by a band called Soul Asylum and a beautiful firework show. The kids had a blast and so did us adults!
