Girly side...

Despite my little Daisy's menace/boyish side, she does have a girly girl side which is being makeup obsessed. Every time I am getting ready to go somewhere and I get all dolled up, Daisy follows me to do the same. Did I mention I adore it?!She loves being in front of the mirror to put on lip gloss, powder and even lotion. She loves to have her hair done, and brushed. The only thing she has not learned to love just yet is picking out her outfits. She does have a purse obsession, and loves art. I love having such a little girly girl, maybe her sister Jasleen will follow in this path.

Airport Trip

Last Tuesday my brother in-law was coming home from his trip, I decided it would be a great idea to take the girls to welcome him home and make it an airport visit. My blog posts are a bit behind, because I've been so busy with school and the kids. Anyhow, here it goes.... Daisy wasn't sure what to think at first but then she warmed up to the idea. Jasleen was a little scared, and just had a serious face the whole time. The airport has changed so much since I've traveled, it was very empty and of course security was all around. Anyhow, hopefully our next airport trip will be because WE will be the ones traveling, and next time my little Alicia will join us.

Fun Day

A couple of weekends ago Javi and I decided to take our girls to there favorite spot which is Chuck E. Cheese. Daisy is absolutely obsessed with this place! Everyday when she either gets bored, rewarded after eating or when we are about to step out she screams "Chuck E. Cheese, Chuck E. Cheese"! Javi and I felt bad one evening that when she screams that we never really take her. So one evening we did! Alicia was excited to being that she got out early from school and that it was the last day too. So it was kind of like a celebration for all the hard work she did too. As for Jasleen, she doesn't understand whats going on YET but with Daisy's influence I am sure Jasleen will become a fan of Chuck E. Cheese too.

The Honor Student

Alicia had her final Honor Roll Ceremony today, and it was so nice! She definitely impressed me with the awards she received. Alicia has worked so hard these last two quarters to bring her grades up from A's & B's to all A's. There have been days where Alicia would slack off and not tell me about certain assignments and projects but I kept her on her toes to achieve what she had her heart on, which is to get all A's. Alicia pulled through just fine. She received two certificates for both quarters, two trophies, pencils, stickers and ribbons. I must add I am extremely PROUD!

Menace Update

Miss Daisy-AKA "Menace #1" is getting a permanent hair do! We are saying bye bye to the bangs! Her bangs just grow to fast and just get in the way, so we decided to train her bangs to go to the side or back. Beside I think she looks more mature and more her soon to be age 3 in a few months. 

Gotta admit this face is too adorable!

Look who has two teeth coming in! Luckily she hasn't been cranky with these two teeth coming in! Now she can eat fruit puffs and yogurt puffs!
